Black, Pale, and Munich malts add distinction to American grown wheat malt. Slightly roasty and perfectly complimented with Nugget, Willamette, and Centennial  hops.  Lower fermentation temperatures and Lager yeast delivers a round and satisfying finish. 30 I.B.U. 5.4% ABV.  AVAILABLE NOW

RED LAGER

We like the Black Wheat so much, we fermented another beer with lager yeast. A five grain blend of Pale, Munich, Aromatic, Vienna and Special B provide a slightly Euro malt base..  Nugget and Hallertauer Hops for bittering and Centennial Hops finish with two late additions. 24 I.B.U. 5.8% ABV.
